La Cantera is the academy program for the biggest club in Europe, Real Madrid FC, where some of the greatest past and current all-time players were developed, "Canteranos". Unlike other coaching programs, Real Madrid Foundation Clinics Shandong provides a tailor-made program for all players. Arrangements and modifications for the clinics will be made according to plyer levels, local sports culture, and geographic characteristics while maintaining the methodology from the coaches from the Real Madrid reserve team.
