Aibo Sports Development brings new and exciting sports events to the Shandong Province, China in association with Local Governments and partners for the growth in special events production in the region.

Since the vision was first realised, both partners have worked tirelessly to make it into reality, to create not only a full time Football Academy in conjunction with Real Madrid Foundation, but to bring events such as the Qingdao International Junior Football Conference and other exciting events to China.

With offices in major cities across China, Aibo Sports and its partners have developed a sustainable product for people to enjoy from all areas of China.

Adrian Aiken

Director

Adrian is a passionate leader with first class communication skills and a long list of successful management projects. An inspiring and motivational manager with first rate interpersonal skills, ability and passion to develop the vision of any company he manages. He is able to push performance improvement whilst also delivering growth. Possessing vast managing directorship and CEO experience he will always ensure that clear objectives and expectations are delivered and maintained.

Adrian had a long and successful career in the construction sector, where he was most recently co – owner of one of the major construction companies in Western Australia. He is also a highly-experienced sports business owner. His approachable manner and hands on experience is highly respected internationally and he has overseen many years of junior development in football.

Adrian is passionate about his businesses always striving for excellence. Having worked on the clients’ side in management for the tourism industry assisting in events both public & corporate, working in promotions for companies such as Redbull during the Sydney Olympics. His extensive experience and knowledge in sports development will bring a new level to sport in China & Australia with two of the world’s biggest brands to the company’s books.

Michael Baohui Zhao BA . LLB MA. Phd(cand),

Director

Co-founder of Aibo Sports, Michael is a progressive futurist. Keeping on top of the latest business trends, he has been an integral part in developing the company’s identity and ensuring the strategies and business objectives evolve with the times. With over 20 years of experience, his credentials include international commodities and trading, education and training, marina development and aged-care property development. His contribution to Aibo Sports also benefits from his international and national institution employment experiences for over 30 years.

Gao Xiwei

Gao Xiwei, is part of the Project & Sponsorships team implementing the values of Aibo Sports to all projects currently running. He brings with him years of Project Management experience including brand marketing and industrial park operation. He is excited to contribute to the exciting future endeavours of the company and bring on new sponsors.

Xue Junpeng

Events, Exhibitions & IP

Xue Junpeng is part of our Events & Exhibitions team in Shandong. He has successfully headed the planning and organisation of the Fourth Senior Sports Games in Shandong Province and the youth Red Education planning of the Yimeng Film and Television base in the past. With his unique insights in sports event planning, brand promotion, industrial park operation management, sports intelligence and health management he has proven to be a valuable asset to the team.

Sun Lei

Chinese Youth Team Coach

Sun Lei is one of the Youth Team Coaches. He comes with qualifications such as FIFA beach football coaching, AFC A-level coaching, FIFA qualifications to coach youth and grass-roots programs in both Chinese and English, his strong leadership skills make him a great example for the younger generation. In addition to these abilities he is also a football analyst and promises to deliver quality advice to players.

Chantelle Kerwin

Chantelle has recently joined the Perth based team bringing 5 years of experience working in the Events and Communications industry with her. As a bright and bubbly individual, she enjoys being in a collaborative team environment and always strives to hit targets and consistently deliver strategic business objectives. Adding a stint in London to her varied career, Chantelle is excited to start the next multi-national chapter and contribute to building up the football industry relations between Australia and China.
